AH Diabetes delivers Diabetes Education and Dietitian Services to multiple locations including Toowoomba,Western Downs, & Southern Downs regions.  Telehealth appointments are also available and welcome.

Toowoomba Head Quarter

AH Diabetes main clinic is located in Toowoomba City.

We provide diabetes education and dietitian services, and we also have an endocrinologist, Dr Sultan Linjawi, who visits the clinic on a regular basis.
