We provide education and information according to the current evidence-based guidelines which are endorsed by the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA) and Dietitians Association Australia (DAA)

Counselling Service
Did you know that AH Diabetes also offer Counselling Service in our Toowoomba Head Quarter as well? If Toowoomba is too far for you, how about a telehealth counselling appointment?
Our lovely Bec Mills, who is a Mental Health Therapist, is here to help either through face to face appointment or telehealth. If you want to find out more or book an appointment to see her, please contact our office.
AH Diabetes offers telehealth via phone, and varies videoconference platform. If you have a current GP Management Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare Rebate. For more information, please call us on 07 4646 2530. Our office is open for face to face consultations. Please ensure you are well prior to attending.
