AH Diabetes is now offering Telehealth via telephone, videoconference, FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom. If you have a current GP Management Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare Rebate. For more information call our office on 07 4646 2530.

Our office is still open for face to face consultation. Please ensure you are well prior to attending.
